Dawn Combs
Dawn Combs is Vice President, Corporate Communications for The Options Industry Council (OIC) and OCC.
In this role, Ms. Combs heads up OIC's marketing, advertising and live seminar programs. In addition, she takes the lead with various communications objectives for OCC including the Annual Report. She led OCC's rebranding initiative in 2011 and helped transition the management of the annual options industry conference from the exchanges to OCC.
Ms. Combs joined OCC in 1989 as a staff member in Regional Operations. Since then, she has held positions in Treasury Operations, Members Services and Corporate Communications where she was promoted to Manager and then Director.
Ms. Combs has B.S. in Finance from Northern Illinois University. She completed SIFMA's Securities Industry Institute Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
