Gary Franklin

Gary Franklin is a Vice President, Manager of Options Trading & Strategies at Raymond James Financial. He performs and oversees daily options trading activity and provides strategic and portfolio analysis for Raymond James financial advisors and their clients. He also provides timely information on the options markets to Raymond James financial advisors through RJ NET, a Web site on the Raymond James intranet.

Gary joined Raymond James Financial January 7, 2013. Previously, Gary was a Managing Director, Manager of Options Trading, Education, & Strategies and Senior Options Principal (ROSFP). Gary's career originated with Raymond James | Morgan Keegan in 1990 holding a number of supervisory positions over his tenure. He is a member of the Options Industry Council Roundtable & Advertising Committee, and the Options Operations Committee Options Clearing Corporation Roundtable. Formerly; a member of the Morgan Keegan Equity Capital Markets Technology Committee, the Morgan Keegan Best Execution Committee, and the Raymond James | Morgan Keegan Conversion Committee.

A graduate of Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tenn., Gary holds series 4, 7, 63 and 65 FINRA licenses.
