Mike West
Michael West is a Vice President of NASDAQ OMX in the U.S. Transaction Services group. His primary focus is on the U.S. derivatives business where he shares responsibilities for all aspects of the growth and strategy of the markets. In this capacity he interfaces with the technology and legal staffs, supports the sales team and represents NASDAQ OMX on various industry committees and working groups. Mike started his career at NASDAQ as a Managing Director of Market Sales focusing on ECNs and service bureaus for the NASDAQ Stock Market.
Mike began his career in the securities industry as a software developer with the Philadelphia Stock Exchange and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University and a Masters of Science from The Johns Hopkins University.
