Reserving a Room

Hotel room reservations at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort and Spa may only be made via the conference website as part of the conference registration process. After your conference registration has been submitted, a special website link will be provided to book a room under the conference room block. The JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort and Spa WILL NOT accept any reservation requests made to them directly for the conference room block.

Conference Rate:
$329 - Deluxe Resort Room

Hotel room reservations at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort and Spa require one night’s lodging at the 2010 OIC Conference rate of $329 as a deposit. 2010 OIC Conference Rate may include fees related to the OIC Conference. Should you have a special request or need additional assistance, please contact ISE at OIC2010@ise.com.

Hotel Room Changes and Cancellations

Hotel room reservation change and/or cancellation requests may be made directly through the online hotel reservation system without penalty through March 31, 2010. Deposits will not be refunded for room cancellation requests made after March 31, 2010.

We will make every effort to honor change requests but cannot guarantee that such changes will occur.
