Thomas Kennelly, Lead Trade Support and QA Specialist, MIAX Exchange Group
Thomas Kennelly is currently the Lead Trade Support Specialist at the Miami International Securities Exchange (MIAX Options). He is responsible for providing customer support for all market participants including trade support, incident management, member onboarding, member testing, and connectivity procurement. Prior to joining MIAX Options, Tom was Director of Member Services at the International Securities Exchange and was responsible for member relationship management, member communications, member onboarding and trading system release implementation. Previously, Tom worked for both the American Stock Exchange and the Securities Industry Automation Corporation.
